In late 1997, 700 olive trees were planted on our 11 hectare property. The varieties grown are; Leccino, Frantoio, WA Mission and Pendolina.

Why Olives?

Extra Virgin Olive oil adds a flavour and textural dimension lacking in other oils. It is suitable substitute for butter and margarine in almost any recipe.

Extra virgin olive oil is essentially “fresh squeezed” from the fruit of the olive tree, without alteration of the colour, taste, and nutrients or vitamins.

Because of the antioxidant components in olive oil it will keep longer than other vegetable oils.


Our olives are picked between May and July and are pressed in our own olive press within 24 hours of picking.
